We are seeking a high-performing Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with a proven track record of 7+ years of experience to spearhead the architecture, development, and deployment execution of complex CRM and customer experience systems. In this role, you will act as the core subject matter expert for high-scale implementations across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals), with a heavy emphasis on delivering strong UI designing customizations using up-to-date front-end frameworks. You will architect robust, enterprise-grade API integrations, lead engineering teams, and drive innovation through Salesforce Agentforce autonomous AI frameworks. Crucially, you will champion our automated release lifecycle utilizing Salesforce DevOps Center integrated with Azure CI/CD deployment pipelines.

- Service & Experience Cloud Excellence: Act as the technical lead for complex customer support portals, setting up scalable architectures utilizing Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals).
- Strong UI Designing Customizations: Own the end-to-end frontend design, pixel-perfect layout customization, and user experience tailoring within community portals using advanced Core Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML5, CSS/SLDS, and JavaScript frameworks.
