NQualification - CA OR ACCA is a must
NExperience - Min 5+ yearsin UK region into Finance role.
NPosition Overview – Finance Controller
NThe Finance Controller isresponsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial management and control of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, robust governance, and effective financial planning. The role provides leadership across cash management, budgeting and forecasting, operational finance, month-end accounting, and statutory compliance while partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Controller drives financial discipline, process improvements, and operational excellence to support business growth and performance.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across the business. N
- Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. N
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations. N
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and performance analysis. N

nFinancial Reporting & Management Accounting

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. N
- Manage month-end close activities, including journal postings, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and financial analysis. N
- Provide meaningful financial insights and commentary to management on business performance. N
- Maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. N
