- Lead Qualification & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and connect with potential learners via phone calls, emails, and online meetings. N
- Consultative Selling:



Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable training programs that match their needs. N
- Enrollment Management: Guide prospects seamlessly through program details, curriculum benefits, and the final enrollment process. N
- CRM Tracking: Maintain exact, real-time records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in CRM software. N
- Conversion & Retention: Execute structured follow-up campaigns to maximize lead-to-student conversion and support long-term student retention. N
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the training and academic teams to align product offerings with current market demand. N
- Market Insights: Gather continuous feedback from learners and clients to help the marketing team improve sales materials and active campaigns. N
