Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working on W2 and C2C requirements.
- Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
- Knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
