- Transform raw operational data into structured, timely MIS dashboards that enable leadership to track performance, identify trends, and support data‐driven decisions. N
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardized MIS processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and rapid turnaround of performance updates. N
- Deliver accurate data cuts and analytical insights by extracting, validating, and organizing data from multiple systems, ensuring stakeholders receive reliable information for business planning and reviews. N
- Support cross‐functional teams by providing clean datasets, KPI analysis, and portfolio visibility that strengthen underwriting,



claims, and portfolio governance. N

NEducation

- Post-Graduation in any discipline N
- Certifications in Analytics/Data Science (preferred) N

nExperience
n
- N
- 2–5 years in MIS, Data Analytics, reporting, or database-centric roles. N
- Experience working withlarge datasets and relational databases. N
- Insurance domain exposure (especially Health) is a plus, not mandatory. N

nTechnical Skills

- n
- Advanced Excel (mandatory): Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced formulas, Data cleaning. N
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformations. N
- Experience working on Data Bricks (preferred). N
- Understanding of Power BI / Tableau back-end data structure. N

nUnderstanding of Insurance KPIs like TATs, Loss Ratio, Utilization, Frequency, Severity (preferred).
