- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues N
- Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams N
- Track and document support tickets N
- Assist users with training and guidance N
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution N
nRequired Skills:

- Bachelor's degreein CS/IT or related field N
- Experience in software/product support N
- Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting N
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc. N
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills N
