NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to lead the organization's corporate governance, secretarial compliance, fundraising compliance, ESOP management,



and IPO/listing readiness initiatives.
NThe incumbent will play acritical role in supporting the organization's strategic fundraising, governance framework, investor relations compliance, and transition towards a listed company structure. The role requires extensive interaction with the Board of Directors, investors, auditors, legal advisors, merchant bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure compliancewith the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations. N
- Manage all statutory filings, secretarial records, registers, resolutions, disclosures, and governance documentation for the organization and group entities. N
- Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, AGM, and EGM. N
- Draft agendas, notices,board resolutions, meeting minutes, and governance documentation
