- Manage sales activities for the company's product portfolio within the assigned region. N




- Develop and carry out regional sales plans that support company policies and business goals. N
- Set and manage monthly,quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts. N
- Appoint recent distributors and support their development within the assigned region. N
- Provide product guidance, sales support, and coaching to distributors to improve their performance. N
- Monitor distributor sales, market coverage, inventory, and customer activity. N
- Work closely with internal departments to support customers and improve sales results. N
- Act as the main link between the head office and field teams to ensure clear and timely communication. N
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular reports. N
