NRole Overview
nWe are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end pipeline generation initiatives for USA & Canada Markets. This role is responsible for driving awareness, lead acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, while closely partnering with Business Development and Sales teams.
NThe ideal candidate brings robust expertise in multi-channel demand generation, funnel optimization, and aligning marketing efforts directly with business outcomes.

- Demand Generation Strategy &Planning; N
- Own and execute the overall demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets. N
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas and target segments in collaboration with sales. N
- Plan monthly, quarterlyand annual campaign roadmaps to drive pipeline growth. N
- Pipeline & Revenue Ownership N




- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet pipeline targets. N
- Partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure lead quality and conversion. N
- Take accountability forpipeline contribution and revenue influence. N
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution N
- Lead integrated campaigns across channels: paid media (Google, LinkedIn), email marketing, SEO, webinars, events, and content marketing. N
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns for lead acquisition and ROI. N
- Implement Account-BasedMarketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts. N
- Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing N
- Design and optimize theend-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion. N
- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies. N
