- Collaborate with editors and content creators to understand visual requirements. N
- Source, curate, and license images from various platforms, archives, and PR agencies. N
- Ensure all images meet quality standards, copyrights, and usage guidelines. N
- Maintain a comprehensive database of images, metadata, and reference materials. N

- 2–3 years of experience working specifically on a photo desk or in photo research, photographer-only experience will not be considered for this role. N
- Robust research skills and a keen eye for detail. N
- Proficiency in photo editing software and familiarity with digital asset management systems. N
- Excellent knowledge of copyright, image rights, licensing, and usage guidelines. N
- A strong understanding of editorial photography and visual storytelling. N
- Effective communicationand collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams. N
- Passion for visual storytelling and staying up-to-date with current trends in photography and media N
