- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities. N
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities. N
- Engage with prospectiveUS clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions. N
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships. N
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. N
- Maintain accurate salesactivities and pipeline updates using CRM tools. N
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. N

nRequired Qualifications

- 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within the IT/Technology industry. N
- Hands-on experience working with US clients/US market is mandatory. N
- Strong understanding ofIT services such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Automation, AI, or IT Consulting. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools. N
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment. N

nEducational Qualification (Mandatory)

- MBA from a Tier-1B-School is mandatory. N
- Preference will be given to candidates from premier institutes such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS Mumbai, and other reputed Tier-1 management institutes. N
