NWe are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients business vertical for a rapidly growing specialty ingredients organization
NThis is a greenfield leadership opportunity for a commercially strong professional with deep expertise in the personal care & cosmetic ingredients industry, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a business from the ground up.
NWhat We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degreein Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline. N
- 10+ years of experiencein the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry. N
- Strong experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Business Leadership. N
- Established network across cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers. N




- Track record of launching new product lines or building new business verticals. N
- Robust commercial negotiation, strategic planning and people leadership skills. N
- Entrepreneurial mindsetwith the ability to operate independently and build a business from scratch. N
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally. N
