We are looking for an experienced Manager – Licensing & Compliance to ensure our centres operate in full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting our continued expansion.
NKey Responsibilities
nManage procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all statutory licenses and registrations.
NEnsure compliance with ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, Clinical Establishment, Biomedical Waste, Fire NOC, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
NCoordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and audits.
NMaintain complete and accurate compliance documentation across all centres.
NPrepare compliance reports, dashboards,



and audit documentation for management.
NMonitor regulatory updates and implement compliance changes across the organization.
NSupport recent centre launches by obtaining all necessary statutory approvals.
NConduct internal compliance reviews and coordinate NABH/JCI and other accreditation audits.
NTrain and guide operational teams on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
NCollaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure regulatory excellence.
NCandidate Profile
nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
N12–18 years of experiencein Licensing, Compliance, Hospital Administration, or Regulatory Affairs.
NStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations including ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH, and other statutory requirements.
NExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
