NEducation: B.E. Civil. Post-graduation or certification in Quality Management preferred
NThis role owns the quality function end to end: the standards, the audit machinery, the contractor and vendor quality bar, and the capability of the engineers who enforce it. The incumbent builds the system rather than inherits it, across plotted developments spread nationally and vertical projects in Mumbai.

- Experience across the full construction cycle,



not a single stage or a single project type. N
- Demonstrated implementation of quality management plans at project sites, not just documentation ownership. N
- Solid industry specific technical and technological depth: RCC and structural works, finishes, waterproofing, MEP interfaces, testing regimes and relevant codes and standards. N
- Experience holding contractors to standard in a contractor driven execution model. N
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites. N
