NRole Overview:
NWe are looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead to help build and scale this capability.
NThe Analytics Delivery Lead will own the delivery of enterprise analytics, BI solutions, data platforms, and AI-ready data capabilities across GEML.
NThe role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data engineering teams, and external partners to translate business priorities into scalable, trusted, and high-impact analytics solutions.
NThis is a hands-on leadership role combining analytics delivery, data architecture, BI, governance, stakeholder management and emerging AI capabilities.

- Own end-to-end deliveryof enterprise analytics and BI initiatives. N




- Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions. N
- Design and deliver datamodels, semantic layers, and enterprise KPI frameworks. N
- Build executive and functional dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms. N
- Drive data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse-based analytics solutions. N
- Partner with engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration. N
- Establish data quality,governance, metadata, lineage, and MDM practices. N
- Enable trusted, reusable, and AI-ready data assets. N
- Support AI/ML and GenAIuse cases through appropriate data preparation and modelling. N
- Drive analytics adoption and measure business impact. N
- Manage delivery timelines, quality, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. N
- Work with internal teams and external technology partners to ensure predictable delivery. N
