NKey Responsibilities:
NBrand Management:
NOwn and grow our presenceacross Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetics & positioning across all platforms.
NContent Creation:
NPlan content calendar & create/post reels, stories, creatives, project updates, site visit videos, client testimonials & team highlights.
NOn-Ground Coverage:
NShoot basic reels/storiesat project sites, channel partner events, developer meets & office activities when required.
NCommunity & Lead Management:
NRespond to comments, DMs & inquiries within 2-3 hours.



Qualify leads and coordinate with sales team for quick follow-up.
NPerformance Campaign Management:
NPlan, execute and manage performance campaigns including WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns, Bulk Email Campaigns & SMS Campaigns for new launches, offers, site visit invites, and lead re-engagement. Track campaign delivery, open rates, CTRs and conversions, maintain database segmentation & hygiene, and coordinate with sales for timely follow-ups.
NAnalytics & Reporting:
NTrack page insights, reach, engagement, follower growth & lead metrics. Share detailed weekly performance reports with actionables.
NTrend & Competitor Research:
NStay updated with social media trends, viral reel formats, real estate content ideas & monitor competitor pages for benchmarking.
NSales Collaboration:
NWork closely with sales team for timely content on current launches, limited-period offers, virtual walkthroughs, bo
