- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR. N
- Solid knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters. N
- Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits, and HR-specific BAdIs. N
- Competence in performance tuning of HR reports. N
- Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security. N
- Familiarity with transport management and change control processes. N
- Experience working withITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira. N
