- Covenant Monitoring & Compliancen
- Monitor financial and non-financial covenants for assigned loan portfolios.n
- Review borrower-submitted financial statements, compliance certificates, and other required documentation.n
- Calculate financial covenant ratios and assess compliance against agreed thresholds.n
- Track covenant due dates and ensure timely receipt of borrower information.n
- Identify, investigate, and document covenant breaches or potential exceptions.n
- Risk Assessment & Analysisn
- Conduct variance analysis and identify early warning signals.n
- Escalate covenant breaches, waivers, amendments, and high-risk observations to relevant stakeholders.n
- Support credit risk teams in evaluating covenant-related findings.n
- Reporting & Documentationn




- Maintain accurate covenant monitoring systems and databases.n
- Prepare periodic compliance reports, exception reports, and management dashboards.n
- Ensure proper documentation of covenant reviews, calculations, andn

nKey competencies

- n
- MBA (Finance) / CA (CPA equivalent) / CFAn
- Experience of 3-12 years in spreading and covenant monitoringn
- Solid understanding of credit principles, policies, and regulationsn
- Proficient in Advanced MS Exceln
- Excellent written and spoken communication skillsn
- Experience of working for a US based bank will be an added advantagen
