We are looking for an experienced and energetic Service Captain to join our Continental Café team.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the café service team
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily café operations
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take care of guest requests, feedback, and complaints
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team
• Maintain high standards of food service and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup
• Train and guide junior service staff
• Assist the Restaurant/Café Manager when required
Requirements
• Previous experience in a café or restaurant
• Experience in Continental/F&B; service preferred
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a quick-paced café environment
