JUNIOR TECHNICIAN – JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Technician will support senior technical staff in installation, inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repair activities. The role involves hands-on technical work, following safety standards, and providing timely service to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate – Preferred

• 10th / 12th pass candidates with technical aptitude may also be considered

• UG – Any Degree

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians in installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment.

Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.

Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and company guidelines.

Handle tools, materials,



and equipment properly.

Conduct routine checks and report faults or abnormalities.

Maintain service records, checklists, and job cards accurately.

Communicate politely with customers and site representatives.

Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Attend training sessions and continuously improve technical skills.
