### ROLE 1: Mobilizer & Trainer

**What the work involves:**

- Identifying and mobilizing eligible candidates (construction/unorganized sector workers) for RPL UPBOCW batches

- Explaining the scheme's benefits to candidates and getting them enrolled

- Conducting/coordinating training sessions for enrolled candidates

- Ensuring candidates complete documentation and are ready for assessment

- Coordinating with the assessment team to get the batch approved

**Payment Terms:**

- **₹8,000 per completed & approved batch**

- Payment released **monthly**, in the **first week of the following month**

- Payment is subject to the batch being approved

### ROLE 2: RPL Trainer (Hiring in Large Numbers)

**What the work involves:**

- Delivering RPL training to enrolled candidates as per program guidelines

- Preparing candidates for the final assessment

- Working alongside an assessor to complete the batch process

**Requirement:**

- ️ **You must arrange your own Assessor** to work with you on each batch — this is mandatory

**Payment Terms:**

- **₹3,000 per completed & approved batch**

- Payment released **monthly**, in the **first week of the following month**
