About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through field sales. The role involves meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare establishments.
Conduct product presentations and demos and explain Docterz solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




Track market and competitor insights and share regular sales updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Health Tech, Ed Tech, Fin Tech, Saa S, B2 B Sales, or Technology/Software Sales will be preferred.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / B2 B Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with regular field visits and travel.
Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
