NSiteRecon is looking for a Sr. Product designer who is ready to play a technical role while working directly with the founder of the company. Under this role,



you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience by improving the usability & accessibility of the products.
NWhat you will do:

- Take high level product ideas from conception through execution, across web and mobile. We are a small team so you'll work across a wide range of areas - product strategy, user research, and UX/UI design in particular. N
- Take joint ownership ofmetrics and strategy with the product team, and work collaboratively with engineering and operations to achieve goals. N
- Set a standard for UserExperience which matches the likes of Apple Inc., Airbnb and if possible surpasses it. Simplicity and minimalism are the words to live by in our product team. N
- Working closely with the product head to understand the concept and deliver the results as per industry best practices and standards and do iterations on design till approval from the product head. N
