nWe're looking for an Account Manager – Writer Success to own a portfolio of writers, guide them through their journey, remove roadblocks, and make sure they keep creating their next hit series. This is a relationship-first, operations-driven role not a creative writing role.
nWhat you'll do

- Be the go-to person for a community of writersn
- Keep writers engaged, motivated, and progressing toward milestonesn
- Solve queries around contracts, payments, dashboards, and platform issuesn
- Guide writers through onboarding and contract signingn
- Work closely with Product, Editorial, and Operations teams to resolve issuesn




- Track writer performance and maintain clean CRM recordsn
- Help improve processes that create a better creator experiencen

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Community Management, Creator Partnerships, or Operationsn
- Excellent written and spoken Englishn
- Strong empathy and stakeholder management skillsn
- Comfortable using CRM/ticketing tools and spreadsheetsn
- Highly organized with excellent follow-throughn
