- Good experience in Omnichannel Retail Operations, including Online/E-commerce Fulfillment processes.n
- Strong understanding of Store Operations and day-to-day retail execution activities.n
- Experience handling Goods Receipt (GR) discrepancies and Vendor discrepancies, with knowledge of issue identification and resolution.n
- Knowledge and exposure to Shelf Life Management, Damaged Product Handling, and Physical Inventory processes.n
- Familiar with Picking Applications and related order fulfillment activities.n
- Positive understanding of Transfer Orders and store-specific ad hoc inventory movement requirements.n
- Exposure to Payment-related processes within the retail environment.n
- Strong Hands-on Experience with Fiori Apps for retail store operations.n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operational flows and business scenarios.n
