- Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services domain
- Strong experience in Manual Testing & QA
- Experience in Test Planning, Estimation & Execution
- Experience in UAT, Regression & Integration Testing
- Good knowledge of Agile/scrum methodology
- Solid experience in Defect Management & Risk Tracking
- Hands-on experience with Jira and test management tools
- Knowledge on API
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer handling, Ownership, and accountability

Banking Domain Skills
- Retail / Corporate Banking
- Internet & Mobile Banking
- Payments, Retail FX
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Core Banking Systems

Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge on Automation
- Basics of JavaScript / Python
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Experience with TCS BaNCS

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
- planning, estimation and execution.
- Coordinate with Business, Development and Product teams.
- Drive defect triage, risk management and release readiness
