NWe are looking for a SAP Emarsys Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation tools. The candidate will support the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing and CRM teams to deliver effective customer journeys and personalised communications.

- SAP Certified AssociateImplementation Consultant – SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. N
- Hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys as an end-to-end Marketing Automation tool. N
- Robust understanding ofmulti-channel campaign execution, customer segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation. N

- Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, web personalisation, and direct mail using SAP Emarsys. N
- Create reusable segments, contact lists,



and automation workflows to improve customer engagement and retention. N
- Perform audience segmentation and targeting using customer data and Predictive AI models within Emarsys. N
- Set up and monitor A/B testing and personalisation strategies. N
- Generate campaign performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders. N
- Ensure campaign execution complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data privacy regulations. N
- Support process improvements and contribute to campaign execution best practices. N
- Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Emarsys, providing guidance on best practices and mentoring/training junior team members. N
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with business objectives N
