NJob Summary
nWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales of Industrial Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Products, Electrical Components, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, or Instrumentation Products. This role involves developing business through Electrical Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Key Accounts while providing techno commercial support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
NKey Responsibility Areas
N1. Business Development
N Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities through Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Industrial Customers.
N Generate qualified salesleads through regular customer visits, networking, and market mapping.
N2. Consultant & Key Account Management
N Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants,



key accounts, OEMs, and EPC customers.
N Work towards product approvals and vendor registrations with consultants and major customers.
N3. Techno-Commercial Sales
N Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
N Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and pricing proposals.
N4. Customer Support & Order Execution
N Coordinate with engineering and tech support teams for timely execution of
Ncustomer orders.
nTrack projects and RFQ status
N5. Market Development
n Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies.
N Identify current product opportunities based on customer feedback and market requirements.
N6. Reporting & CRM
n Maintain customer visit reports, sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and CRM updates.
N7. Cross-Functional Coordination
N Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Marketing
