Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with expertise in managing client relationships, driving strategic advertising projects, and maximizing account growth for leading brands. - Own day-to-day management of client projects across advertising and content production. N
- Act as the key point ofcontact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and solid service standards. N
- Translate client briefsinto actionable plans for internal marketing members, designers, QA, and delivery teams. N
- Manage timelines, priorities, scope changes, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery. N
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient workflow across multiple concurrent projects. N
- Maintain trackers, schedules, project documentation, and status updates with high accuracy. N
- Ensure quality control and compliance before final delivery to clients. N




- Identify delivery risksearly and proactively solve issues or escalate where required. N
- Support commercial hygiene, including estimates, PO tracking, billing inputs, and scope adherence. N
- Build trusted working relationships with clients through responsiveness, ownership and consistency. N

nRequirements:

- n
- 8-10 years of experience in account management with ad agency. N
- Strong understanding oflocalization from the business operations side. N
- Able to manage multipleprojects/tasks at once. N
- Significant experience with MS Office is mandatory. N
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams of art workers, developers, and other staff. N
- Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and keen to learn new skills. N
- Excellent communicationskills – both written and verbal. N
