We're looking for an energetic, smart, passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager – Collections who can take ownership of centre operations and make things happen.

This is an ALL-ROUNDER leadership role — People Manager + Trainer + Performance Coach + Data Champion + Auditor + Operations Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Drive day-to-day collections operations and achieve business targets
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and collection executives
- Track calls, collections, productivity, conversions and SLA performance
- Analyse numbers and turn data into actionable insights
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching and training sessions
- Build a high-energy, accountable and performance-driven team
- Handle escalations and strengthen customer & employee experience
- Conduct quality checks, audits and process reviews




- Identify process gaps and implement smart improvements
- Manage workforce planning and daily manpower allocation
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and performance reports for management
- Partner with HR, Admin, IT and other teams to ensure smooth centre operations
- Maintain solid process discipline, compliance and documentation
- Keep the centre organised, efficient and execution-focused

DATA & EXCEL ARE YOUR SUPERPOWERS

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and numbers.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is essential
VLOOKUP is a must
Pivot Tables are a must
Comfortable working with MIS, dashboards, reports and large datasets
Ability to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps from numbers
