The Job
You will own delivery across Applix’s enterprise AI and data engagements, working with engineering teams in India and enterprise customers in the US.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who can bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to complex AI programs. You’ll work across technical teams, customer stakeholders, and business leadership to move programs from discovery through production and adoption.

What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and data programs — from discovery and proof of concept through production deployment and adoption.
- Program governance and reporting — establishing a explicit operating rhythm through weekly updates, stage reviews, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
- Risk and dependency management — identifying blockers early, driving resolution, and ensuring dependencies across internal and customer teams stay on track.
- Scope, timeline, and budget management across multiple concurrent workstreams, with clear and transparent reporting.




- Cross-functional coordination between engineering teams in India and customer stakeholders in the US, ensuring everyone is working from the same priorities, decisions, and delivery plan.
- Customer communication and execution discipline — ensuring stakeholders have consistent visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
