nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for IT Technical Support / Help Desk professionals with experience in International Voice Technical Support. The role involves providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and access-related issues, and resolving incidents through a ticketing system.
nMandatory Requirement
nInternational Voice Technical Support experience is MANDATORY.
nCandidates should have experience handling international technical support calls and must have excellent English communication skills.
