NWe are looking for a passionate and results-driven Fitness Coach to join the Healthify team. You will work closely with clients through our digital platform, helping them build sustainable fitness habits through personalised training, structured programs, and continuous motivation.
NThe ideal candidate combines strong fitness expertise with excellent communication, coaching, and client-conversion skills.
NWhat You'll Do

- Deliver personalised online fitness coaching, workout programs, and training sessions based on individual client goals and requirements. N
- Assess clients' fitnesslevels, strengths, limitations, and relevant medical considerations to develop appropriate exercise protocols. N
- Monitor client progressthroughout their fitness journey and adapt programs based on performance, feedback, and changing needs. N
- Conduct structured evaluations and ensure effective implementation of personalised fitness plans. N
- Manage and moderate group coaching communities,



engaging and engaging clients through chat-based interactions. N
- Build strong relationships with clients and drive engagement, adherence, and long-term retention. N
- Identify opportunities to convert free-trial users into premium Healthify clients through effective consultation and value-based selling. N
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- Qualification/certification in Personal Training, Fitness, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or a related field. N
- Strong understanding ofexercise science, fitness programming, and clinical nutrition. N
- Relevant certificationssuch as K11, Reebok, ACE, ACSM, GGU, or equivalent are preferred. N
- Experience in assessingclients and designing, implementing, and monitoring individualised exercise programs. N
- Experience working withclients with complex medical conditions
