- Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats. N
- Write engaging scripts,storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual's personality and tonality. N
- Understand each one's personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic. N
- Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content. N
- Stay on top of new culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats. N




- Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content. N
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas. N

- Strong creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary. N
- Deep understanding of social media and social culture. N
- Someone who is constantly online and knows what's trending and why. N
- Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas. N
