We're Hiring: Cyber Ark L2/L3 Support Engineer | Next Gen Identity Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 4–12 Years⚡ Availability: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period Preferred⏰ Work Timing: Australian Time Zone (6:30 AM onwards) Role: Cyber Ark L2/L3 Support Engineer We are looking for experienced Cyber Ark L2/L3 Support Engineers with strong hands-on experience in supporting and managing enterprise Cyber Ark environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Cyber Ark PAM environments. Manage and troubleshoot Cyber Ark Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM components. Perform privileged account onboarding and Protected management. Handle password rotation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Perform platform onboarding and plugin development. Support Active Directory / LDAP integrations. Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities. Troubleshoot Cyber Ark production issues and provide timely resolution. For L3 Engineers: Perform Cyber Ark upgrades and migrations. Support Vault recovery and Disaster Recovery activities. Develop and customize Cyber Ark platforms.



Automate tasks using Power Shell / Python. Develop and support Cyber Ark REST API integrations. Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience with Cyber Ark PAM. Strong knowledge of Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM. Experience in privileged account onboarding and password management. Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration. Experience with AD / LDAP integration. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Experience with platform onboarding and plugin development. Cyber Ark certifications will be an added advantage.
