follow-ups Achieve weekly meeting booking targets Nurture warm leads and revive stalled opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience in B2 B outbound sales, SDR/Appointment Setter role preferred Must have experience working with Staffing and Recruiting industry Excellent communication, articulation and objection handling skills Business-savvy with understanding of tech/startup environments Strong discipline for remote work, self-starter with a target-driven mindset Comfortable using CRMs and contemporary sales outreach tools Ability to work U.
