This role focuses on designing, developing, customising, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions while working closely with functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems. The ideal candidate will translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, lead system customisations, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation. What We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant or Developer. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customisation and development. Proficiency in C# for Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities. Robust knowledge of Java Script for client-side scripting. Experience with Web Resources and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.



Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and middleware. Solid understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Experience with data migration using SSIS, Kingsway Soft, or similar tools. Knowledge of security models, role-based access, and compliance. Strong communication skills for collaborating with functional and business teams. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
