About the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The role will be responsible for driving workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture across plant operations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.n
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the plant.n
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, recommend corrective and preventive actions.n
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry and LOTO activities.n
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.n
- Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE across all operational areas.n




- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.n
- Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and monthly safety reports.n
- Track and close safety observations and audit findings in a timely manner.n

nPreferred Candidate Profile

- n
- 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.n
- Strong knowledge of Factory Act compliance, occupational health & safety regulations, and EHS practices.n
- Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and risk assessment.n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to engage with employees and contractors to drive a positive safety culture.n
