nSemillas Fitó India is looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth, dealer development, and market expansion across key vegetable seed markets in Pune and nearby territories.

nThis role is ideal for a commercially strong, field-driven sales professional who can independently manage territory performance, strengthen dealer and farmer relationships, drive product adoption, and convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drive territory sales growth, collections, forecasting, and market executionn
- Manage and strengthen dealer, distributor, and farmer networksn
- Lead market development activities for key crops, varieties, and high-potential segmentsn
- Promote product adoption through field visits, crop demonstrations, farmer meetings, and technical positioningn
- Monitor channel inventory and support product availability across dealer/retailer pointsn




- Coordinate recent variety trials and capture market feedback for product positioningn
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for smooth business executionn
- Work independently as an individual contributor with full ownership of territory outcomesn

nRequired Profile
n
- n
- Degree / Master’s in Agriculturen
- 5–7 years of experience in vegetable seeds / agri-input salesn
- Experience in protected cultivation / polyhouse crops preferredn
- Strong dealer management, collection, forecasting, and territory planning skillsn
- Ability to convert crop knowledge into sales and market development opportunitiesn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skillsn
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales rolen
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territoryn
