About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and highly dependable HR Executive — HR & Business Operations to support the people and day-to-day operating requirements of the company.
The role will span end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, reporting and business coordination, while working closely with the leadership team.
Before You Apply
This is an in-office role in Gurgaon with a six-day work week. Aumraa is an early-stage startup, so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership,
experimentation, frequent feedback and building hiring processes from the ground up rather than working within already-established HR systems and structures.
What You’ll Work On
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, offers and joining.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and prepare or update Job Descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, hiring MIS and periodic hiring reports.
- Ensure consistent candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
2. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage pre-joining, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
