The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key customer relationships, coordinating order execution, and ensuring compliance with organic certification standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Generate new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product sampling to price negotiation, order closure, and post-sales support. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors,



and channel partners. Product Promotion Promote the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the company's Organic product range, including sustainability, chemical-free cultivation, and farm-level traceability. Position the Conventional product range as a cost-effective solution based on customer requirements. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify emerging consumer trends, flavor preferences, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities. Provide market intelligence and recommend strategies to improve product positioning and sales performance. Customer Relationship Management Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, logistics, or delivery in a timely and skilled manner. Maintain regular communication with customers to understand evolving business needs.
