Job Summary

Medantrik is looking for a proactive Vendor Development Executive responsible for identifying, researching, evaluating, and onboarding suitable vendors as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and search for potential vendors through online platforms, directories, references, and market research.
- Contact vendors and collect pricing, quotations, product/service details, and terms.
- Compare vendors based on price, quality, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, samples, documents, and other requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the vendor database.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely responses.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding vendor requirements.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Identify alternative vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Prepare vendor comparison sheets and reports for management.

Required Skills
- Good vendor sourcing and online research skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate suitable vendors.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Qualification
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and research skills can apply.
- Prior experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, purchase, or business development will be an advantage.
