Senior Manager Sales Description - Solution Sales Leader - Poly, Workstations & Print Location : Mumbai / Gurgaon Role Summary The Solution Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on understanding customer business challenges, designing integrated solutions, and closing large, complex deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end solution sales across assigned strategic and enterprise accounts. Build and manage senior-level client relationships, including CXOs and decision makers. Lead discovery discussions to understand customer needs and position tailored solutions. Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, and alliance teams to design and present solutions. Manage the full sales lifecycle including pipeline creation, forecasting, pricing,



negotiations, and closures. Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposal submissions, and solution presentations. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding wallet share within existing accounts. Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets. Track market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. Provide guidance and mentorship to account managers and solution sales team members. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in solution or consultative sales within IT technology Robust ability to sell complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value deals. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Strong commercial acumen with exposure to deal structuring and negotiations.
