Position Overview Role Description The Working Capital (WoCA) team has an Overall responsibility for managing the Financial Supply Chain Program across the Global locations. The WoCA team looks at the Supplier Finance Onboarding and Repapering Legal documentation and the Static System set-ups for all the suppliers. The team liaises with the Program Managers and the Suppliers for finalization of the Contract and Legal Documentation. The Client Service Officer is focused on providing excellent customer service and customer-oriented solutions with respect to the Legal Documentation and system operations for suppliers. It supports suppliers independently, proactively, and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction, while providing guidance to Suppliers and Program Managers. It provides feedback and best advice to team members, as appropriate,



so that individual and shared performance reflects current and meets the future requirements of the bank. In some cases, it assists the Supplier Program process by connecting with suppliers, liaising with Program Mangers and operations departments to provide information to meet internal guidelines and external legal/regulatory frameworks.
