This position reports to: Business Process Manager - ERP Transformation and M&A; Integration Your role and responsibilities This subject matter expert (SME) leadership role involves Business Process Ownership (BPO) across Finance and Controlling within the Electrification Service Division, with a focus on the ERP transformation and migration to SAP S/4 Hana. The position requires deep expertise in controlling process design and transformation leadership to drive standardization, operational excellence, and end-to-end margin visibility across the organization.
The Business Process Owner is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining and implementing standardized business process templates across multiple product models and geographies. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and operational practices evolve cohesively to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
