Position Overview Role Description Role is a hands-on Lead Test Manager responsible for driving the overall Automation Testing, quality strategy, test governance and delivery across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Regulatory and Digital Transformation programmes. The candidate will lead end-to-end testing across complex multi-vendor environments, ensuring successful delivery of SIT, UAT, E2E and Production Validation activities. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and external vendors to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. In addition to programme leadership, the successful candidate is expected to remain hands-on by contributing to automation strategy, API validation, test design reviews, defect investigation and quality improvement initiatives.
