Senior Creative Director — Performance Marketing Agency (Remote, Full-Time, India-based)

Type: Full-time, remote

Pro Marketer is a Toronto-based performance marketing agency working with DTC supplement, wellness, and apparel brands across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Klaviyo. We're hiring a full-time Senior Creative Director to own creative from client conversation through to final execution.
What you'll do:
- Join client calls directly to understand their brand, goals, and creative needs
- Translate what the client wants into explicit creative direction
- Design and produce the work yourself — this is a hands-on creative role, not a pure director seat
- Coordinate with our internal design team to execute additional work and raise their output quality




- Review and approve all creative before it reaches the client

You have:
- 5-8+ years in creative direction or senior design, agency-side preferred
- Strong client-facing communication in English — comfortable leading a call, not just receiving a brief
- Hands-on proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience directing or mentoring other designers
- Available and responsive during EST business hours (India evening/night shift overlap)
- DTC / e-commerce / performance marketing creative background is a strong plus
