Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms to build scalable and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for business applications.
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and generative AI models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation and feature engineering.
- Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.
- Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and AI agents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Establish MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data privacy standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.




- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
- Keras

- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
- Experience with APIs and model integration.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data processing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjust as needed).
- Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions in production.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with enterprise AI solutions and chatbot development.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and AI Governance.
