Role : SAP CPI / Integration Consultant (Support & Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor SAP CPI interfaces, resolve message failures, and fix mapping or connectivity errors in a production setting.

- Incident Management: Handle high-priority tickets, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely resolutions within SLA limits.
- Integration Maintenance: Update integration flows (iFlows) when source or target systems change.
- Artifact Management: Manage security materials, user credentials, certificates, and value mappings on the SAP Cloud Integration tenant.
