- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries and concerns related to medical billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Identify and address denial reasons by researching claim rejections and taking corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and revenue cycle management (RCM) to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in AR calling or similar roles within the US healthcare industry.
- Solid communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims submission procedures, and appeals process.
